Facilities

In an idyllic mountain setting, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean, our school's stunning location is complimented by the lush, well-tended grounds in which it stands. The school buildings are surrounded by interconnected play areas and sports pitches, designed to meet the needs of all our children, from toddlers to teenagers.

The school building boasts 53 spacious, climate-controlled classrooms, equipped with up-to-date teaching technology, including computers and interactive whiteboards. There are also three ICT suites and dedicated spaces for art and design technology, music and performance, including a dance studio and auditorium. We also have a well-stocked library and media resource centre.

The Early Learning Years (ages from 2 to 5 years old), have an area especially designed for our youngest students. Each classroom in the Early Learning Area is arranged to support early language and physical development. They have access to an enclosed patio and other outside play areas with soft fall flooring, excellent playground equipment and readily available sensory activities, like water and sand trays.

In our three ICT suites, students of all ages can use a wide range of computer software, including word processing; multimedia presentations; drawing; programming; databases and spreadsheets. They can also access information and web pages on the internet in a safe and controlled environment. To enhance their learning opportunities further, pupils can also make use of tablets for a wide range of activities and projects.

Music lessons involve a variety of instruments, including keyboards, ukuleles, and percussion sets. Separate rooms are also dedicated to individual music lessons,  which are available to students as an optional extra and include piano, violin, cello and singing.

We are also proud of our four well-equipped science laboratories, where our secondary students carry out supervised practical studies in Biology, Physics, Chemistry and General Science.

We have a number of dedicated leisure and study areas within the school building for our oldest students, to help foster their independence and self-reliance as they approach adulthood.

Outdoor play areas are large and separated into areas for specific age groups. Each area has age-appropriate play equipment, easy access to toilet and hand-washing facilities, and shaded areas for pupils to choose how they wish to spend their playtime.

Our sports facilities include a full-size astro turf football field, three tennis and basketball courts and a swimming pool, plus purpose-built changing facilities. We also have a room dedicated to our popular taekwondo club and full-size table tennis tables, for indoor and outdoor play.

We also have a professional-standard kitchen and catering team, who provide a range of healthy, home-cooked dishes, with allergies and specialist diets provided for, where necessary.

Our school is easily accessible from the CV70 trunk road and there is a large parking area adjacent to our grounds, where we can accommodate our visitors' vehicles.

Over the years, we have done much to improve and expand our facilities, and we will continue to enhance them, so we are always able to provide the very best in international education for all our students.
